In February 2022, GLO announced that businesses located in the buildings immediately across from the Alamo (Ripley’s Haunted Adventure, Guinness World Records Museum, and the Tomb Rider 3D) agreed to break their leases and move to make way for the forthcoming museum. These are payments to the various companies owned or operated by Phillips Entertainment Inc.
